Message From The Founder, Xavia Gary

Welcome to Xpire! Allow me to share my knowledge and wisdom from experience to inspire and motivate you to reach your highest potential. I was born in the inner-city of Richmond, VA to a single, teem mom. I was raised on biblical principles and excelled both academically and athletically as a youth. Despite being on the right path, in 2009, I was still faced with a life threatening situation, where I was shot at 12 times but only hit once. The lead doctor said, “If the bullet would have traveled an inch to the right you would have instantly died and if it would have traveled an inch to the left you would have been paralyzed from the neck down.” When I heard those words, a new mindset was birthed, to Live With A Sense Of Urgency!

In 2010, I graduated from high school 3rd in my class with a 3.92 GPA. In 2015, I became the first in my family to graduate from college. In 2018, I earned my M.Ed. At this point in my life, I accumulated over $100,000 in debt, that consisted of student loans, my dream car, and maxed out credit cards. In September 2023, by the grace of God, I became debt free and my credit score went from 500 to 800+.

From 2017-2024, I served as the youngest high school Athletic Director/Director of Student Activities in Virginia. However, my assignment was complete in that capacity, so I stepped away from that profession into entrepreneurship. Now, I serve as the Founder of Xpire, where I use products, coaching, and speaking to inspire and motivate others to reach their highest potential.
